UK Government has introduced a new Work category to their healthcare system, Nursing care assistant. To be a Nursing care assistant is easy yet expensive. To become an employee in the UK, the first thing is to find an agency that can connect with an employer. Then the employer will interview to identify qualifications and confirm the qualities of the candidate inpatient care. The interview will be an easy task. Then the candidate will be certified with a Certificate Of Sponsorship (COS). Once received COS, you can apply for Visa. Then the process will start. Later the employer will provide the joining date/start date. The employer will decide the competencies required for the particular job. After that, you can start the job.
The candidate can work under the guidance of certified nurses and Doctors. They can be a part of the nursing teams who work with hospitals, clinics and other nursing homes. This will help the person to grow professionally and personally. Understanding the country and the working environment will increase your patient care efficiency. Language competency is important here. You can get a job as Nursing Care Assistant without IELTS /OET. But once you work in the country with real patients and with an efficient team you can gradually overcome issues with language. Later, you have an opportunity to complete one of the qualifying exams and become a nurse. After the visa period, you can renew the visa. If you want you can bring your spouse or family members to the UK, find a job for them and settle. After 5 years of staying in the UK, you are eligible to apply for PR and also buy your own home in the country.
