Espanovus’ service charges are generally paid by sponsors (employers), especially in the nursing sector. However, for other professions, where the employer does not offer compensation for recruitment services, we recoup a discounted fee from candidates directly. This service charge will be made clear to both employer and employee, prior to the recruitment process. In such cases, rest assured, we will only proceed with the consent of both parties involved, i.e. the employer and the employee.
